If you've made a mistake on your order, please get in touch immediately and we'll get it fixed. However, if your order is already processed, it cannot be changed. You will have to send the order back after receiving it (garment must be unworn to exchange). Unfortunately, I cannot reimburse you for shipping charges so please be sure to double check your order!
If you need to return your order, it must be done within 15 days (domestic) and 20 days (international) after order is shipped. Just inform us by mail and we'll send you our return address. Please note we cannot take back items that have been worn already. If you want to exchange for another size or design, that's no problem at all but new shipping charges will be applicable. The order will not ship until payment is sent for new shipping fees. Once again, please be sure to double check your order and view our size chart!
We pride ourselves on shipping fast! Depending on the time of purchase we'll try and ship the same day, if not then definately the next day. Shipping times depend on your location. Normally, most domestic orders arrive within 2-5 days and for international, 1-2 weeks. However, these are only estimated ship dates so please allow a full week for domestic and 2-3 weeks for international before contacting. Shipping is FREE.
